Helga Melkorka Óttarsdóttir – Supreme Court Attorney. Partner at LOGOS Legal Services since 2002, presently the managing partner. Before joining LOGOS in 2001 Helga was a senior officer in the legal service of the EFTA Surveillance Authority in Brussels. Specialist in competition law and European law. Ad hoc College Member of the EFTA Surveillance Authority.

Education: Graduate from the Law Faculty of the University of Iceland in 1991, LL.M from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg, Germany, in 1993.
