Dr. Vilhjálmur Egilsson

Dr. Vilhjálmur Egilsson is the Rector of Bifröst University.  In his career the has served as the Director General og the Confederation of Icelandic Employers, Director General of the Ministry of Fisheries, Excecutive Director at the IMF, Member of Parliament, Althingi, and as Director General of the Iceland Chamber of Commerce.  Vilhjálmur holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Southern California.
